"Chase" is a 5 yr old QH Appendix 15.3 Hand Chestnut Gelding. He is currently working under saddle and has 5 moths training. Chase was the 2004 Hunter Type Gelding 4-H State Production Winner for the 2 yr old class. He has a great personality and is friendly to all. He walks, trots, and canters. His biggest problem is he "sticks" in his stifles, however it does not effect his movement when undersaddle, only when he is standing around in the pasture, and he has had this problem since a weanling. We've had his problem checked out by one of the best horse lameness vets (Dr Genevese), and he agreed that it does not affect him being a riding horse. Very easy to keep, he lives in a run in shed with another horse only because we don't have enough room in our barn. Chase has a great shoulder and will definatly be a head turner in the hunter show ring. He will be started over small jumps soon. His mother was placed 3rd in halter at the Devon National Horse Show. HIs father is a registered Quarter Horse with Barpasser breeding. Don't miss this beautiful horse!!
