If you wish to order a tail or inquire about a tail price please contact me! If you want a custom tail price quotes cannot be given without tail samples and pictures of the tail the custom tail is being made for. Bulk Orders If you are interested in ordering bulk (10 or more tails) please contact me for special prices. This is perfect for tack shops wanting to stock their stores! Gift Certificates Gift certificates are now available. Please email or call to purchase one. All gift certificates are only redeemable by email or phone and must be used within 6 months of purchase. Ordering Online If you wish to order a basic color online please place an order through my Buy Now! page. If you have any questions please make sure you contact me before ordering. All tails are made after orders are placed so please allow 1 week for tails to be shipped. All tails are shipped within the United States for free. All other countries have a $20 charge and I reserve the right to choose the shipping method. Custom Tail Orders Online If you wish to order a custom tail online, email me with the following information: tail color, tail length, weight, and attachment style as well as any pictures and special requests and I will send you an invoice. All internet purchases are made paying through Paypal. If you do not have an account with paypal don't worry, you can still pay with a credit card. Order By Phone If you wish to make an order by phone please call me and have your credit card ready. If you do not reach me and get my voicemail instead, please leave your name, phone number and the best time to reach you and I will return your call as soon as possible. Please do NOT leave your credit card information on my voice mail. Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check If you wish to pay with a money order, cashiers check or personal check you will need to send the following information through the phone, regular postal mail or email: tail color, tail length, weight, and attachment style as well as any special requests.
