Horse Tail Extension Shipping Information Due to the fact that all tails are made tailored to your needs, it takes approximately one week to send out tails. If you need it in a hurry, contact me, I am more than happy to work to meet your needs! Shipping free to anywhere in the lower 48! I will ship worldwide but buyer to pay $20 for shipping and I reserve the right to chose the shipping method. Most packages ship 5-7 business days. If you need it faster please feel free to contact me and I will be more than willing to help you.
Return Policy If for some reason your tail doesn't match. I will offer a refund (excluding any shipping costs) if you contact me within 7 days after you receive the tail. In order to receive the refund the tail must be returned within 10 days of receiving the tail. All refunds are made via paypal or personal checks. No exceptions! I will also exchange your original tail if the color doesn't match for one that does match. I must receive original tail before sending out another tail.
